As the Official Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect will serve as the event’s trusted partner responsible for delivering a comprehensive housing strategy and execution plan designed to optimize performance, enhance the attendee experience, and protect event profitability.

ConferenceDirect’s scope of services for Cvent Connect includes comprehensive Hotel Sourcing & Contracting, negotiating rates, terms, and inventory across all contracted hotels to secure optimal value and mitigate risk. The team will lead Room Block Strategy & Optimization, building and actively managing the room block to maximize pickup while minimizing attrition exposure.
In addition, ConferenceDirect will oversee Housing Technology & Data Management, operating the event booking platform, delivering real-time reporting, and providing actionable analytics to inform strategic decisions. The company will also manage the Attendee Booking Experience, providing a secure, branded reservation site supported by a dedicated attendee support team. Finally, ConferenceDirect will provide Financial & Performance Oversight, closely monitoring pickup trends, auditing post-event performance, and reconciling results against contractual commitments.
