Copy signature

How to add your signature

1. Fill in your details on the left and check the preview looks correct.
2. Click Copy signature.
3. Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → New → paste with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V.
4. Outlook (desktop): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste into the editor.
5. Outlook (web): Settings → View all Outlook settings → Compose and reply → paste into the signature box.
6. Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → select account → click + → paste.
