FOLSOM, CA – September 10, 2025 ConferenceDirect is pleased to announce the appointment of Mai Lim as the company’s new Vice President of Industry Relations and Global Accounts, effective October 1, 2025. In this role, Mai will focus on recruitment and account development, further strengthening ConferenceDirect’s commitment to cultivating meaningful partnerships and driving growth.

Mai joins ConferenceDirect from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, where she most recently served as Director of Intermediary Accounts. During her tenure, she was instrumental in building and fostering strong industry relationships, expanding partnerships, and supporting key initiatives that connected destinations with leading organizations and clients across the meetings and events industry.
